This angel pin was designed in memory of Jake at the request of his mother to honor her sister who was Jake's Godmother.
Description:"Jake" was designed in remembrance of a baby boy who was diagnosed with cancer at 4 months old. His mother, wanted to remember Jake in a special way, requesting a pin to be designed for her sister. "She requested an angel pin for Christmas from her Godson, Jake. Jake is my son who is now an Angel in Heaven. He died when he was 13 months old from cancer. Well, to put it in a nutshell, my sister is truly an Angel herself. She is an amazing person who would do anything for anybody. She loved Jake with all her heart. There was no other person in the world I would have chosen to be Jake's Godmother. Most of Jake's short time here was spent in the hospital. My sister came to see him in the hospital every chance she could. She loved Jake's smile. He had the BEST smile anyone could have and he smiled all the time despite everything that he went through. She visits Jake's gravesite often and always puts balloons on his grave.
